How to make the Template

If this kite is going to be made more than once, or by a workshop, you should make one or more templates. It's quite easy to do in mounting board, just use a sharp craft knife and a metal straight edge to cut the following shape:

Dimensions of the Template Note:

Dimension A = 105mm
Dimension B = 297mm

You don't even need a ruler to measure this for A3 paper, just fold a piece of A4 in half vertically to give you the 'A' dimension.

If you are not using A3 paper, then note that A = 0.354 x B
